manual represents a collaborative effort of CYAR staff and staff of
local Youth as Resources programs. This "how-to" book for YAR incorporates
learnings gathered over the 14 years since the first YAR programs were
established and includes the YAR program standards. Developing Communities
in Partnership with Youth replaces Changing Our Course written
in 1992. |
